We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join a leading marketing agency based in The City.

Working with a number of high profile clients the successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining profitable client relationships and overseeing complex projects and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

– Managing and developing relationships with client stakeholders

– Using knowledge of client and agency services to spot business development opportunities

– Contributing to client strategy and client development plans

– Confidently running meetings and presenting ideas

– Discussing client needs and potential solutions credibly and consultatively – across all potential products and services offered

– Contributing to strategic client reviews

– Ensuring that SLAs are met across the client team

– Confident financial management of client forecasting, billing management and supplier negotiations

– Provide supporting role in new business activity: writing tender documents, supporting in preparing for a pitch and attending pitch meetings

Skills and Experience:

– Account management experience in a client facing role – with proven experience of managing and developing relationships with budget-holders within clients/growing accounts

– Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques

– Experience of running a full range of comms campaigns or projects

– Able to present ideas credibly to clients at equivalent levels – as well as ability to command the attention of varied audiences

– Ability to make formal and informal presentations to colleagues and clients
