This is an excellent chance to join a FTSE 100 company and market leading media business. This role is based within a busy digital department responsible for a portfolio of events and building their digital solutions. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the product development and innovation process from conception to post-launch analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for identifying, sourcing and embedding platforms and tools as required (eg e-commerce solution). You will have key focus on gaining organisational buy-in, driving use and engagement and developing a business case for a fully integrated platform

• Play a key role in preparing the business for a new CMS platform, working collaboratively with global stakeholders, the UK digital team and UK shows to ensure an excellent solution and seamless transition

• Work with the Commercial team, Sales and the broader business to ensure new digital product offerings deliver value to customers, and generate additional revenue for the company

Your Day to day will include:

• Management of the mobile app offering and proposition. Sourcing, managing and maintaining a roster of suppliers which are equipped to deliver against the varied needs and requirements of our brands and customers

• Responsibility for maintaining and continually improving a number of digital tools and products across the product lifecycle through BAU and project deliveries e.g. e-commerce, Matchmaking, Blogs etc

• Creating clear and concise product documentation for each roadmap including budgets, plans, risks, issues and progress reports
