Brandgaard Recruitment collect data from company websites, job applications, recruitment databases and LinkedIn.
All data collected or requested by Brandgaard Recruitment is strictly used for recruitment purposes only. As a recruitment company all data collected is specific to recruitment.
Brandgaard Recruitment store all collected information on our Applicant Tracking System (JobAdder). These details include name, address, telephone/mobile, business address and email address. The database is secure, password protected and can only be accessed by employees of Brandgaard Recruitment.
We store this information on our database up until you unsubscribe from us, utilise your right to be forgotten or the data becomes outdated. We conduct data reviews on a regular basis to ensure that data stored is accurate.
Use of Data
Firstly, it is important to be clear that Brandgaard Recruitment will not share your data with anyone without your permission.
Candidate data is stored to assist with identifying prospective employment opportunities. Data is only shared with third parties when specific consent has been provided. We will also use your personal data in order to stay in contact and keep you up to date with market trends and new opportunities.
Client data is stored to enable us to identify candidates that will be the right fit for your organisation and to provide you with the best service possible, ensuring that our relationship runs smoothly.
Candidates can access their data securely at any point by logging in to their individual record on out ATS, this can be accessed at careerupdate.brandgaard.com.
All data subjects have the right to request that any inaccuracies are rectified as well as the right to be forgotten. We will always ensure that all such requests are actioned within one month and that we provide an electronic copy of any requested candidate data.
The right to be informed
The right to restrict processing- you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data. This means we will continue to hold your data only.
The right to erasure- You have the right to request that we erase your personal data. When requested to do so we will ensure that this is completed within 30 days
Data Subject Access Request- You have the right to ask as what information we hold about you at any point, and you may ask us to modify or delete such information.
The right of data portability- you have the right to request we transfer your data to another data controller. We will assist with this by providing you with an electronic copy of your data.
The right to withdraw consent- where we have obtained your consent to process your personal data, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
The right to object- if we are using your data because we deem it necessary for our legitimate interests, and you do not agree, you have the right to object.
The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority- you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority
Any data breach will be resolved within 72 hours and we will immediately notify the individual whose data is involved.
